​We contracted with Julian and his team for the complete alteration of our property. They started in April 2023 and completed the work pretty much to the exact schedule that Julian had advised originally. The standard of work and approach that Julian takes is really fantastic. This was our "once in a lifetime" project and so choosing the right builder to complete the work was so crucial for us.....and we definitely made the right choice with Julian! Jules not only completed everything that we contracted him for but lots of other changes we asked for as we went. Plus he stepped in to make sure other trades fitted into the plans and standard of work.

Julian and the team did a great job converting our lounge into a more open space. Creating a structural opening with RSJ and plastering the walls. The team accommodated our timescales, were punctual, and most importantly left the place really tidy.

Extremely well done building work. If you are now reading this then like us you are about to invest in improving or building your new home and also like us you possibly have the project planned out or at least have your ideas clear in your mind of how things should work out. The biggest question and possibly the largest risk "Who do you trust to interpret your ideas or plans"? As we did not have recommendations and had not carried out such a project in the past we talked to a number of companies and spent the time to research their work. It was quickly clear to us that Julian and Abbott Property Developments shared our view on quality and design and importantly considered the impact on our home whilst the project was ongoing.We are delighted with the changes to our home which were completed ahead of schedule with minimal disruption considering the scale of the project. Julian was always available for discussion and open to ideas as we went along the way. The team were always courteous and kept the site safe and clean during the build.We are now enjoying our new home and have asked the team to return to complete our landscaping. We would have no hesitation in recommending Abbott Property Developments to anyone who has a focus on quality and doing things the "right way".

Abbott Property Developments did a fantastic job on our first floor bedroom extension (above the garage). It was a complex structural job to reinforce the garage and side of the house for the extension with very large steel supports and they executed it perfectly. The 2nd fix finish is excellent and the whole job blends in very well with the existing house. They were on time and on budget. It was the small details that they spent time getting right that made the difference such as matching the brick and using the same materials as existing (incl windows). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Built by Abbott Developments - a large two story pink Staffordshire stone extension to old farmhouse - downstair disabled wet-room facilities, sitting area for elderly parents, - upstairs bedroom / shower room. I was given abbott propertys number from a friend as I was intending to get 2 quotes for the building of a new stone built house in the grounds of my property. I decided to use Barry and Julian as they seemed very professional and their quote was very competitive. They completed all the work on schedule (Christmas deadline) made sure everything was clean and tidy and I then used them to landscape all the surrounding areas around the property, which they did and it now all looks fantastic. I will continue to use them on any projects I plan in the future.
